American Airlines agrega dos nuevos rutas
Hace calor en Phoenix. De hecho, la ciudad ha tenido más de 30 derecho días de 100 grados de calor o más. Pero eso no es bastante calor para prevenir American Airlines desde agregando dos más rutas desde el aeropuerto de Phoenix y su Sky Harbor. American volará a Pasco, Washington, y Tijuana, México, desde Phoenix empezando 14 de febrero, 2024.
La aerolínea planea utilizar su aerolínea regional, Águila Americana, con un Jet regional Embraer E175. Los nuevos vuelos son un intento de reforzar Phoenix como un centro, que muchos expertos ven como el más débil de los centros de American Airlines.
Americano también está tratando para luchar contra la invasión de Southwest Airlines en Phoenix. Americana ha agregado 30 vuelos fuera de la ciudad para el verano.
Recientemente, en enero, se empieza un Phoenix a Monterrey, México, vuelo. Americano y sus centros ocupados son en sus bases de operaciones en Dallas-Fort Worth, Charlotte y Chicago. Creciendo un fuerte centro y sistema radial en Southwest que está críticamente a la expansión de Americanos. La aerolínea no ha servido permanente Pasco o Tijuana.
Con Tijuana, Americana ahora tendrá 26 destinaciones en México. Es el líder transportista estadounidense en México.
